We have made our way all the way to verse 25. And this thing comes on. Let me turn this off. Alright, we have made our way all the way to verse 25 in the book of Jude, which is the last verse. in the book of Jude. Throughout the book of Jude, he has been warning us to be on the guard against false teachers. And reminding us of their demise and fall and bear reward, they will receive at the great white throne of judgment due to their unbelief. Jude has been encouraging the brethren to remember the words of our Lord and to grow in the faith of Christ dead for our sins. And to pray and keep looking for Christ's return. Now in verse in verses 24 and 25, as Jude is closing his letters, he continues to point us to our God. Jude says in verse 20, thank you. Jude says in verse 24 and 25. Now, unto him that is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy. To the only wise God, our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power both now and ever. Amen. Heavenly Father, thank you so much, Lord, for another day that you've blessed us with, Father. We thank you so much, Lord. You blessed us with your precious word, Father, to learn from, Lord. And we pray, Lord, as we get into your word today, Father, you will just teach us, Lord. Just let your spirit dwell here amongst all of us, Lord, and teach us your word today, Father. Lord, we pray for the distractions So just to be removed, Father, if possible, Lord. Help us to focus on your word, Lord, and learn today, Father. We thank you for each and every person. Has come to hear your word, Lord, and we pray that you'll bless each and every one of them with learning today, Lord. We thank you and love you in Jesus' name. We pray, Amen. Amen. All right Now, the only one who is able to present you faultless Before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy and keep you from falling is the only wise God our Savior. Isaiah 43, 11 says, I, even I, am the Lord, and beside me there is no Savior. No other way, folks. None. Isaiah 45, 18. For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens. God Himself that formed the earth and made it, he hath established it. He created it not in vain. He formed it to be inhabited. I am the Lord and there is none else. I have not spoken in secret. In a dark place of the earth, I said not unto the seed of Jacob, seek ye me in vain. I the Lord speak righteousness. I declare things that are right. Assemble yourselves and come Draw near together ye that are escaped of the nations. They have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image. And pray unto a God that cannot save. Folks, when you are praying, are you praying to a God that cannot save? Or are you praying to a God that does save? Tell ye and bring them near. Yea, let them take counsel together. Who hath declared this from ancient time? Who hath told it from that time? Have not I the Lord, and there is no God else beside me, a just God and a Savior. There is none beside me. One God, three persons, folks. The Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. One God Hosea 13, 4. No, Isaiah 45, 22. Look unto me and be ye saved. all the ends of the earth. For I am God and there is none else. Jude is doing the same thing that I want to do, folks. I want to point you to God. I want to point you to God. And Jude does that through the book of Jude. He points you to false preachers, and he points you to preachers who point you to God. I want to point you to the only Savior there is. Hosea 13, 4, yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no God but me, for there is no Savior beside me. Who are you relying on to save you, folks? Who have you put your trust in to save you? This is the most important decision you will ever make in this lifetime because it affects where you will end up for your next lifetime. which will be eternity. Are you putting your faith, your trust, your belief, all the same meaning? And the only wise God our Savior, or are you trusting in something else to save you when you draw your last breath here on this old sinful earth? Those verses that we just went over that pointed you to our Savior as the only way to be saved were the words of God Himself. Brother Doug didn't make those words up. That is straight out of God's word, folks. Jesus said in John 14, 6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto the Father but by me. That's righteous, Mary. That's right. Now you either believe that or you don't. If you believe that, congratulations Our God has opened your eyes to the death of our Lord and Savior for your sins and the sins of the world. He is the only wise God who can do that. You can take all of the false gods in this world and put them all together in one place, and all of them together could not open your eyes to our Savior. Only the one true God can show you Christ. And he is the only wise God, our Savior. Jude says, to the only wise God our Savior. Be glory and majesty, dominion, and power. The word glory used here comes from the Greek word doxa. Doxa, which means dignity, honor, praise, and worship. Are you giving God all that, folks? Are you giving God dignity, honor, praise, and worship? Are you giving him glory that he deserves? Who receives the dignity, honor, praise, and worship in your life? When you are given a compliment or a gift or anything that you are blessed with, who do you think? Do you think to yourself, well, I worked hard for that, I deserve it, and simply thank whoever gave you the gift and go on about your business? Or do you give God the honor and praise he deserves for your blessing? When your eyes are open to Christ, it is God that does that. John the Baptist, through the inspiration of God, says in John 3. 27. A man can receive nothing except it be given him from heaven. This is a verse I have been running through my head quite a bit lately. Not only is God the one that opens your eyes to Christ, But God is the one who gives you blessings as well. I thank God constantly. But sometimes I forget to. I am so thankful for each and every blessing. That our Lord blesses me with, and I find myself apologizing for not telling him thank you sometimes for the blessing he blessings he has blessed me with. I was talking with the camera lady the other night. And I told her that it would be impossible for me to name every blessing that the Lord has blessed us with. Folks, it is impossible for you to name every blessing the Lord has blessed you with. It's impossible. God has blessed you with so much. It's impossible for us to even fathom each and every blessing. But what we can do, the ones that we do realize. We can give God the glory. We can give God the thanks. Thank you, Lord, for my blessings, Father. Thank you so much for loving me. Thank you for Jesus. Thank you. That's right. But to God be the dignity, honor, praise, and worship for the most important blessing of all that I can think of. And that's showing me that Jesus Christ has paid my sin debt in full by his death on that old wooden cross at Calvary, where he hung in agony for hours in order to pay that debt. After his death, he was laid in a tenement on the third day he arose from death and is now in heaven, heaven, waiting to come back and claim his people. All glory to our God. A man can receive nothing except it be given him from heaven. To receive it means to take or get hold of. God has offered you salvation to the death of his son. Have you received it? Have you taken hold of it? 2 Corinthians 4. 6 says, for God who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts. To give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Philippians 2. 1 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies. Fulfill ye my joy that ye be like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. Who being in the form of God thought it not robbery to be equal with God? Who was Jesus Christ? He was God in the flesh, both. came to pay your sin debt. But made himself of no reputation. And took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men. And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself. and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow of things in heaven and things in earth and things under the earth. And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. Revelations 14, 6 and 7, as we wind this down, folks. And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven. having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth and to every nation and kindred and tongue and people, saying with a loud voice, Fear God and give glory to Him For the hour of his judgment is come and worship him that made heaven and earth and the sea and the fountains of water. If you are not worshiping God, folks, you are worshiping a false God. The Bible says, he that believeth on him is not condemned. How can you believe on somebody that you do not know? Now can you believe on somebody that you do not trust? Bible says he that believeth not is condemned already. Because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God Today we celebrate the resurrection of Christ. We should be celebrating that every Sunday, folks. He has risen. He has overcome death, and all those who believe in Jesus Christ will be raised from the dead to live with him in glory forever and ever. If you have not put your faith in the only one who can save you folks, I have I've got to tell you, you're going to die and be separated from him forever. You will be separated from God. You will be put into a place of fire with the devil and his angels in an eternal hell. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Why would you want to go there? And all you have to do is believe on Jesus Christ. Put your faith in Christ, folks, while you still can't believe Can find him while you still can Up from the grave he arose with a mighty triumph over his foes He arose a victor from the dark domain, and he lives forever with his saints to reign. He arose, he arose, Hallelujah, Christ arose, he lives, folks. He lives. Trust in the only one who can save you, folks. I love you very much. And I want you to know my Savior. Seek ye first the kingdom of God while you still can. Please You are a spirit. You have a body. This body is going to return to the dust. Someday. But that spirit is your choice where it goes. Think about that, folks, if you don't know Jesus as you you're saved. Heavenly Father, we thank you so much, Lord, for each and every person that's come to hear your precious, wonderful, glorious word, Lord. Lord, we apologize when we don't give you the glory, Father. For we know our glory is yours, Lord. Thank you for blessing us with the things that you bless us with, Father, and we shall thank you for blessing us with Jesus Christ, Lord. Thank you for your Holy Spirit and thank you for your precious word, Father. We pray for those who don't know Christ as their Savior, Lord. And we pray, Lord, that they would just seek you, Father. and see Christ. We pray that you'll draw them to the cross and show them Christ, Lord. And they won't have a stiff neck, Father, but they'll have a plea. Pliable deck, Lord, and they will turn to you, Father. We pray, Lord, that they'll do it while they still can. We thank you for those who do know Christ as their Savior Father. And we pray that the saints are edified here today, Lord, by the reading of your word, Father. Thank you for teaching us, Lord. Thank you for allowing us to come here and share your word. And we thank you so much for each and other person who's coming here, Lord. Lord, we want to pray for those who are too sick to get out of their beds, Father, that want to be here, Lord. We pray for them, Father, that you'll just be with them, Lord. Let them know you're there with them, Lord, and that they're not alone. We thank you and we love you so much. Lord, we want to pray for the caregivers that are here, Lord. Lord, I want to thank you so much for the calmness that you gave us, Lord. Removing the distractions, Lord, and letting us share your word. Thank you for that, Father. Amen. Thank you, Lord. We love you so much, Lord. Thank you for bringing Jesus up out of that grave and overcoming death, Father, and showing us there's a way, Lord. We thank you and we love you, Lord. In Jesus' name, we want to pray also for Brother Larry and his health issues, Father. We pray, Lord, for them. We'll pray for each and every person that's come here today, Lord. We pray that you'll bless each and every one of them, Father. Thank you. They're such an encouragement to me, Lord. And they're dear to my heart, Lord. And I know they're dear to yours too. Thank you, Lord. We love you in Jesus' name today. We pray, Lord. Amen.
